If you want a doctor that doesn't care about her patients, horrible customer care and only cares about billing and making money off you then she is the right person for you. If you have questions or concerns she will tell you that you can go see another doctor instead of helping you.

Dr Villa discharged me from her service after making several mistakes in one visit. She refused to look at specilists med recs showing a needed referals. In doing so she has endangered by health. The supervisors at the facility attenpted to correct the situation but she overruled them and out of shear spite, discharged me. She was really not worthy of being a doctor. I need 3 referrals required requested by specialists and she refused to do them or see me further. I am working with Insurance and the facility on this to make sure she is reprimanded over this incident. AVOID THIS DOCTOR.

I've been seeing Dr. Villa for about three years now and she is an excellent physician! She is incredibly knowledgeable, intelligent, and personable. You can tell she really cares about her patients and I feel so lucky to have found a doctor like her. She really takes her time during visits and I always feel like she knows who I am on a personal level, plus she has helped me through multiple medical issues. I would recommend her highly to anyone as I truly believe she goes above and beyond for her patients. Occasionally there were some issues with the office staff, however, she recently moved to Honor Health, so those issues shouldn't occur any longer.

I love Dr. Villa, but it is painful EVERYTIME to deal with her office staff, in the 4 yrs I have been seeing her I have NEVER had a good experience. Makes it extremely hard to want to continue seeing her- the doctors either need to train them better or get a new staff!!!!

Have been a patient of Dr. Villa's for a couple of years now. Never had a doctor before that I really liked to go see, but know that she will figure out the problem and fix it right away. She is intelligent, focused and accurate in her medical care. Office can be spotty, but more than worth the trouble to get her high quality care.

As a first time patient I was beyond impressed with Dr. Villa's thorough questioning of my history, her intelligence and quick mind. I highly recommend this excellent practitioner!

Impossible to get an intelligent office assistant to answer the phone. Called, was put on hold and then hung up on. Called again phone rang 13 times and the person answered and immediately hung up. Will go to another Doctor, looks like she doesn't want or need the business.
