Neurology is one of the most difficult fields in medical practice. My grandma has Alzheimer’s and poor these people have to deal with the craziness of all our family.I feel so bad as me myself have called this office the past month almost every day.The staff are so helpful,a lot of compassion from their side and a lot of patience too.Dr Khademi has a lot of empathy and I can’t not thank him enough for all the help.Thank you Dr Khademi and thank you to your amazing understandable staff

I’m shock and stunned at how unprofessional this office is. I had a referral, and they asked me to fax the referral in, they have no means for email transmission. I had to go out and fax the order. When I followed up 24 hours later they kept insisting that they never got the fax. They would not do anything to assist me in allowing me to email or scan the order to them. They kept insisting that I go back out and refax it. When I asked to speak to an office manager, somebody called me back within a few minutes. When she did, she explain to me that they don’t take my insurance. Hhhmmmm how strange after they just told me they never got the fax and wanted me to go back and re-fax it. Customer, service and treatment or patience is just as vital and as important as the doctors knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend searching for a neurologist, anywhere other than this office, where the staff is so rude! They were extremely rude, extremely nasty, and I would recommend that… anybody stay away from this office!

I was there for four appointments. If the dr was even in the office, I wouldnt know. I never even SAW him anywhere let alone talk with him about why I made the original appointment. I was seen at every appointment by ladies in white coats. I have no idea what qualifications they had. One of them ordered an MRI for me. Thirty minutes in a claustrophobic chamber. At the next appointment to go over the results, where you would expect to finally see Dr Khademi, again a lady in a white coat, definately not an Md, had no idea why I was there. When she found out, she read to me the general results, which I had already had read myself. I've been to many busy Dr's offices, but I've never benn to one where you NEVER see the Dr. Until this Dr. Dr Khademi. The only reason I gave a one star rating is because a zero is not offered.

Best Neurologist and Gerta his office manager is the most caring person.I would never change this office.Thank you Gerta for your compassion and thank you doctor Khademi for your amazing care!

Just had a horrific experience which I pray no parent would ever have to undergo. My intellectually disabled adult son suffer from headaches/seizures and under Dr. Khademi care. Last week during vacation, his headaches intensified and partnered with fever. We got home Saturday, failed attempts to get through his answering service. Took to urgent Care they did nothing. On Sunday I took him the emergency room, at this time his fever fortunately broke but he was still with headaches still intensifying. CAT scan , blood work were normal. They advised me to c His neurologist. Called his Monday and explained and pleaded to c a doctor. They flat out said NO OPENINGS until Monday 8 days later. I cried out of anger and disbelief. What kind of doctor would condone this.

My gradma was having these convulsions and every doctor was thinking that she might have either psychotic symptoms or seizures. Dr Khademi the very 1st visit told us the correct diagnosis, he ordered the right labs and she is taking the right medications .HE SAVED MY GRANDMA’S LIFE.
