I don't know that I've ever been more unsatisfied with a physician in my life. I visited Dr. Namon’s office twice, for a combined total visit of 6 minutes. There was an overwhelming feeling that he did not review my file or take the care to remember anything to do with me as repetitive questions were asked and the whole thing felt rushed. After my first visit related to long-term hearing loss, I was referred to get an MRI. When I returned to Dr. Namon’s office for my follow up, I was asked multiple times “did your hearing get any better?” What a bizarre and infuriating question to ask someone who has had 2+ years of continual hearing loss, which relates back to the feeling that 1) no one cared to review my file/situation and 2) was he just hoping the problem would resolve itself? Anyway, what will be nearly $300 later, I am no better off than when I started this process. Would NOT recommend.

I am an anesthesiologist and have worked with many ENT surgeons. I had myself 4 ENT surgeries, 3 of them at top NYC hospital. Unfortunately, did not had a good result. Last few years Dr Namon took care of my ear problems. If I would meet Dr. Namon before, I am sure I would not loose hearing on my one ear.

I saw this doctor in Rhinebeck, NY and he ordered a sleep study. First problem was that he never communicated to me that, after his in-patient request was denied by my insurance company, that, as an out-patient I'd have to pay over $500 out of pocket for this study. I found this out after the fact! Second issue was that after going through the out-patient sleep study he never gave me the results they sent to him. I contacted his office at least 8 times and never got a response from him. He has now moved on to another practice in another state so I'll never get the results. I'm out the money and never got the sleep study results. What an irresponsible doctor!

Went to Dr. Namon to have excess ear wax removed in order to have accurate hearing test towards obtaining hearing aids. Was in and out in less than ten minutes with successful procedure. He also checked mouth and neck. Pleasant and professional. Would dednitely recommend him.

This Dr. Ari Namon destroyed my face, he is not a plastic surgery , I went to a clinic in Sonobello and they told me that he was a specialist plastic surgeon in the face, which is a lie, because he is otolaryngology. Do not let him touch your face. He does not know anything about plastic surgery

Dr. Namon is not only an amazing ENT he has a broad knowledge of medicine and understands a condition from all of the contributing factors. My sinus surgery was efficient and I now have restored sense of taste and smell, which I was told by another ENT would never come back.

Dr. Namon treated me for a hearing loss in one ear. He was great.

Failed to put number of pills on prescription, failed to call pharmacy as requested by pharmacist to clarify whether he meant to prescribe only one pill, even though on call on the weekend. Even a second call from the pharmacist went unanswered, and patient had to go to ER to get relief from excruciating pain associated with late stage cancer.
