I have been bounced around many different endocrinologists since 2012 and have never found a doctor with Dr. Jacob's intelligence, understanding, willingness, passion, and compassion to treat patients to their individual needs. I really wish their were more endocrinologists like him.

Tried making an appointment with this "kind, caring physician". However, they don't take my insurance and will not accept patients that pay for their own services. WHAT? Never heard of this. Oh well, on to my search since this highly referred physician will not take an appointment.

after seeing endo after endo in Dallas i met Dr. Jacob and glad i did. At first i was a little concerned but after he started with me, he assured me that we would find the problem where others failed. Thank you Dr. Jacob for being such a bright, innovative thinker and a great listener.

Dr. Jacobs is very thorough and patiently listens to my concerns. He is also the first endocrinologist that has been willing to adjust my thyroid medication even though I was in the normal range and still having problems. He is truly a blessing!

I was in hospital with heart related incidence, and the icu nurse called him for me about my high sugar levels, he didnt know me and didnt know if my hmo would cover but he redid my stats and now my levels are declining greatly..I am since found out he is in my hmo and I am going to make an appt with him soon.You CANNOT beat the caring of this doctor ..like someone else said he must have missed the course on how to diss his patients...

When I first met Dr. Jacob, 4 yrs. ago, I had been diagnosed w/ a rare tumor. He called me at home ,himself , after I had surgery and asked me how I was doing. Now I am back to him for thyroid disorders. Most compassionate Doc I've met. He takes time to explain everything.A great person & WONDERFUL doctor!

I have been seeing Dr. Jacob for two years and have been continually impressed with his willingness to spend time listening to me and explaining my condition. When he needs to reach me to give me an update from a blood test, he calls me...not a nurse or admin. He takes the time to call me himself and interpret the results for me, allowing me to ask questions and get immediate answers. I once called his office on a Saturday with a potentially urgent matter, fully expecting to get his answering service. Instead, he himself picked up the phone and discussed the matter with me. I was floored. Apparently, Dr. Jacob skipped the class at medical school where doctors-in-training learn to be arrogant, dismissive, and condescending. He is a winner.
