Dr. Arlyn M Valencia, MD

She speaks at a rapid pace, does not let patients talk, had not read the 8 pages of history my husband had filled out, trashed everything about his 15 years of care from other doctors, was confused and definitely not well informed about his situation. I have never seen such a misinformed doctor. She bounces around and makes no sense and then never returns . I would give her zero stars.

Dr. Arlyn Valencia is a caring and compassionate doctor. The first time I saw her which was years ago, she told me that she will take good care of me. And sure she is and has been helping me with my migraine and cervical issues. A patient is not just a number to her. She elicits compassion and sincerity with the desire to help. Her positive attitude makes you feel there’s hope the moment you step out of the clinic. For people who have been looking for Dr. Valencia, she is joining the Las Vegas Spine and Pain Center at N. Buffalo. I am looking forward to see her again at the new location for continued care.

Around 9 years ago, I started having a debilitating pain in my abdominal muscles. The pain made it difficult to stand more than an hour or walk more than a 1.2 mile. I sought help from a total of 9 different doctors including the Scripps Institute. None of the doctors could help the pain, even the pain doctor I went to. I had every test know to medical science. My internist recommended I see Dr. Valencia. She figured it out on the first visit. She injection kenalog and botox into the area and I had immediate relief from the intense pain. I have had several more injections months apart, with more time in between. Dr.Valencia is genius and a very caring doctor. Some months ago, I had a small stroke following a cardiac procedure. I again went to Dr. Valencia to get help from the stroke. I found out that she is an expert of treating stroke victims. She was able to help me and my wife understand what happened and get treatments for the effects of the stroke. She got in touch… with my cardiologist and they are working together to help me. I can't tell you how much I appreciate finding Dr.Valencia and helping me in multiple neurological problems.

Dr. Arlyn Valencia is absolutely AMAZING !! I have had neck pain for over 15 years and have seen countless doctors and have AT LAST found relief. Dr. Valencia is the first and ONLY Dr. who properly examined me. This neck pain has effected my life for years, impairing my ability to do certain activities with my children. She found my source of pain and treated me with trigger point injections. I left the office in complete relief. I am beyond grateful to have found Dr. Valencia and her amazing staff. Thank you so much Dr. Arlyn Valencia for your magic touch and for changing my quality of life.

I have not met such a competent, lovely and compassionate physician such as her. She was recommeded by a friend who can't stop talking about how smart and good she is. She has been going to different doctors, and 4 neurologists--none had a clue what was going on with her. I followed her recommendation. I was so happy. I felt so at peace now that there is a doctor who really cared for me and her patients. The staff are all kind. The atmosphere in the office is so friendly and good. Thank you very much Dr Valencia for being you.

Although I've only had one visit with Dr Valencia so far, I really like and admire her expertise. She is kind of my last resort to figure out why I get so dizzy. I pray she finds the reason that so many other specialists couldn't pin point.

Dr. Valencia had given me a trigger point injection such a relief on my neck. Beat Neurologist in town!!

Dr Valencia is way above any other neurologists and physicians. I will trust my life only to her. Because she has so many patients per day and does not have a lot of time , her knowledge and way of thinking make it easy for her to know what’s wrong. She’s the only one who really cares.

We did not care for Dr. Valencia. She demonstrated a very poor bedside manner with us and what I consider to be a lack of professionalism. She talked very fast and did not like it when we spoke or asked questions. She would interrupt us. She left in the middle of both of our visits and her thoughts appeared to be scattered. At the end of our first visit, she started to finish our visit by talking about personal medical information with us at checkout and then realizing it was personal, took us back to a room to finish with her medical advice. The second visit, she did not come back or finish our appointment. She seemed to dismiss the symptoms and guess at why they were happening.
