Overall, the doctor is very nice but the office is horrible all about the money and making an appointment even when the doctor just need to give you the result from the last appointment. Very frustrating staff to work with. Definitely not recommended !!!

I would be very wary of this place. They have an online form where you can request an appointment and I filled it out 3 times with no response. Then when i called they said, "Oh, how strange, we check it every day...."?? I asked for an appointment and before even asking name she asked for all my insurance numbers and then told me to hold. After being on hold for 8 minutes she came back to ask me to spell my last name. When I protested the difficulty of making an appointment (I am 75 years old) she, very condescendingly said that they had to, "verify my payment and insurance information before accepting an appointment?? To me that is a clear signal that this place is all about the money, not the person.

I went here for abdominal pain and after some time and a few test they had me do an in office ultrasound. They said I'd have my results in 2-3 business days, 2 weeks or so later they still hadn't called about the results so I called them. They told me that they didn't have the results and that I shouldn't call again they'd call me when the got the results. Another 2-3 weeks go by then I receive a voicemail (I missed their call) saying they had very important information about my results and it was important that I called them back right away. After a few frantic calls and messages to them thinking I had something seriously wrong with me, I finally reach them only to find out that THEY HAD LOST MY RESULTS. How do you lose results? Don't you have computers and file backups, this was done in office so there are is no real transport, where did it go? I told this to a few of my friends in the medical and nursing field and they were just as appalled and confused as I was, some were even… anger that they let that happen. A lot of wasted time and money here. 0 Stars even without this incident I wouldn't give them more than 2 stars, not sure where these 5 stars come from. It's just really careless and unprofessional, beware of this place.

I felt comfortable all the time.

Dr. Arasheben is a very caring and knowledgeable physician. He takes his time and addresses all of my concerns. His bedside manner is unmatched! He works with his patients to determine the best course of care. His staff is wonderful. They are polite and responsive. I have never encountered such a well functioning office and caring staff.

I truly value Dr. Arashebens opinion. I have been seeing him for 9 months as a patient and he has always been VERY helpful, took time to explain things and has improved my health greatly. I never feel rushed or like just another patient. He is a fantastic Doctor with a wonderful staff.

Very nice and understanding doctor. He also has a practitioner working with him. Everyone in the office seems to be nice and helpful.

I've visited Dr. A multiple times and have been impressed every time. He is knowledgeable, interested in my well being and asks all the right questions. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They even called me a week after my visit to ask how I am doing. I'm glad I finally found a family doctor I can trust.

If you're looking for a good doctor, you donâ??t need to look anymore. I have been going to Dr. A for five months now, and he is the best. 1 He takes the time to listen to you. My previous doctor was always trying to rush you in and out. Dr. A actually takes his time with me and asks if I have any more questions. 2 You can usually get an appointment pretty fast. For physicals, it can be longer, but every time that I've been sick I've been able to get in quickly to see him. 3 He is on time. A few times I had to wait longer, but for the most part you get to see him at the actual appointment time. 4 He uses email. I emailed him a question about my medications and he wrote me back. Now thatâ??s cool!

I liked Dr. A. He is young and energetic. I never felt rushed out of the office, and the staff was really helpful. Finally a doctor I can work with.
