Excellent Dr. Has helped with any medical problems I have had.

Expect to wait at least an hour at every appointment, then expect to wait another 20 minutes in the back office before he ever sees you! Numerous patients encounter the same issue every time I go in this office. They pawned me off on dr Gonzales but I started with Kellums, Gonzales is giving Kellums a bad name and the organization by the staff is ridiculous! They mess up my records require double ursine tests and today it took them an hour and 45 minutes just to write me a prescription that I had sent them a notice of on their website 2 days earlier, plus I went in the day before to remind them, and still had to physically wait in the office for over 1 hour and 45 minutes to pick up the written prescription and the other they were supposed to have already called in but when I got to the pharmacy an hour later they had no record of it being called in! Don't waste your time unless you have plenty of it to waste because you will need it with these guys!

Worse doctor ever. I went in for a routine physical and to improve my quality of life and the only thing this doctor did was run a full blood panel and then pushed his weight loss regime. He never tried to discuss my other issues or try anything other than pushing weightloss shots and pills. When I tried to make an appointment before a vacation his online request did not work and when I tried to do a walk in appointment which I was told they do I was firmly told no walkins for medication questions and when I pressed because I was going on vacation they said he would only see me to discuss the weightloss meds he had been pushing on me and not any of my other concerns.
