Finished my ultrasound before my appointment time still waited over an hour just to be told measurements were fine. Was told he likes to talk he wasn’t even in the room for 30 seconds. Couldn’t even confirm what was in my chart

The worst OB I have dealt with thus far. When he and the medical assistant first got in the room they were laughing about how they weren’t sure if I was the right patient. After confirming that they continued to laugh to one another saying “idek if she’s pregnant lol is she?” Right in front of me instead of asking or confirming with records. After I confirmed my pregnancy for them he rushed to do my ultrasound saying as quickly as possible “there’s baby A there’s baby B. I see a heart beat for both. Ok we’re done. Any questions?”Rushing the process like he had somewhere better to be. I told him about some pains I was feeling, and he said “well I know it’s not your gallbladder.” Followed with “do you still have a gallbladder?” How do you know what it isn’t without FIRST confirming. I expressed concern for a few other issues, and he condescendingly responded “well you are pregnant, and don’t forget they are twins“. (As of if I could forget that) with a look on his face that would make a… monk irate! He was rushing the whole appointment. Which lasted less than five minutes. If there was a 0 star option, he definitely deserved it. Please avoid him at all costs

Great bedside manner. Listened to my needs. Was very understanding. Highly recommend

One of my favorite doctors. I really appreciate how straightforward and to-the-point he is. He doesn’t waste time, and you always leave knowing exactly what’s going on and what the plan is. It’s clear that he genuinely cares about his patients.

I am a long time patient of Dr. Herpolsheimer. I like that he gives me specific, medical fact based answers when I have questions - rather than general, high level information. It is great that the office runs efficiently and doesn't appear to overbook, showing me he is a doctor that values my time as well as his own.

He is compassionate, sincere, attentive and spends time to answer questions.

I go to WHASN which has an array of different doctors that work with you. So far, Dr. H has been my worst experience. He was arrogant and made me feel stupid for asking the questions I did at 38 weeks pregnant, and as first time mother. He basically blew off any of the symptoms I said I had and rushed through the rest of the exam. Felt almost like he was laughing at us. Not to mention never even having introduced himself when he entered the room. Was honestly the most painful cervical check I've had. He was very rough. I felt violated and uncomfortable. He also took forever to make it into the room, and my husband saw him sitting scrolling through Facebook right before our appointment and got a bad vibe. Seriously hoping he's not the doctor on call when I deliver. Avoid him if you can!

This doctor is very good, educated me, listened to me, and treated me with respect and the appropriate haste.

Very unprofessional!
