Dr. Arthur Michael Lauretano, MD

Dr. Lauretano and his staff are very good at making patients feel at home and paying attention to detail. This has been my ENT office for years. He's conducted difficult surgeries both for myself as well as my daughter and no complications from either. The office environment is peaceful. He puts patients at ease prior to procedures. I'd give him a straight 10 if that were an option.

Dr Lauranto in my opinion is one of the best ENT doctors in the area. His knowledge in the field surpasses no one.

I have known and seen Dr. Lauretano for 20+ years. He is an extraordinary ENT with a wonderful personality. I have recommended countless friends and family to utilize his services.

Spends a lot of time with his patients. Listened to me without interrupting. Called me with results promptly.

While there was no follow up I was most impressed with dr. Laurentano.

He was very put out and defensive when I told him that i was not happy about waiting for more tha n an hour. First it was that he had surgery. I asked if this put him behind by 5 patients (the number he saw while i waited) why didn't he have his staff inform those of us the reasons for being behind and give us the option of waiting or rescheduling. He defended with 'this is medical everyone waits over an hour' I told im that this is not acceptable and that out time is valuable as well and that Doctors need to stop overbooking and start being considerate of their patients time. he said that i should book with someone else. i told him that he should learn to take constructive crticism and thanked him for wasting my time.
