Dr. James Edward Snyder, MD

The office fit me in at short notice on two different occasions. The provider and office staff are all exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

I love Dr. Snyder and my family has been patients for over 20 years, but I spent over $9,000 on hearing aids last year. One of them stopped working so I took it in and the audiologist said it was stuck in charge mode, she had to send it in but they would replace it (same thing happened to another customer the week before) and that I would have it by the beginning of the week. Well, now its the end of the week, my other hearing aid is now broken, I have called every single day this week and she has not called me back. She is out today, Dr. Snyder is in surgery and receptionist is not helpful. Why can't she call to find out where my hearing aid is??? I rely on it. I am really disappointed!!!

Was told in a very condescending tone, that they don't take Medicaid. Then was told they don't want to take Medicare, but are obligated to do so. So if you're over 65 or disabled, look elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Snyder. From the first time I saw him he took the time to answer my questions and explain until I was comfortable regardless of the time it took. The most impressive was his follow up. After my Ultra-sound he called me 1 hour later and had already talked to the Pathologist and gave me results. After every test, he calls personally to make sure you are confortable with information. Regardless if you are a small case or a serious one, Dr Snyder seems to believe that it all deserves his care and time. His staff is also very helpful and easily reachable. Whether surgery or just an ENT visit I highly recommend.
