I've never made a review before but this one...I had to. I would give zero stars if I could. The office was a mess with patient boxes and files everywhere spilling onto the floor. This office does not act in good faith and is extremely misleading when it comes to insurance coverage. We were told our insurance was accepted multiple times, but after the fact, once we get the bill they said we weren't in network even though they accept our insurance. Front desk girl refuses to give us the number to the billing department because she is the problem and the one lying to patients! The doctor refuses to call us back regardless of multiple attempts by my husband and I to resolve this matter. He is a disabled veteran trying to get treated by competent doctors rather than the VA, and this is the treatment he gets! This was a huge bill for a less than 10 minute consult where he was told nothing could be done. We have yet to get a response from the doctor's office or any assistance… regarding this matter. This seems like insurance fraud to me and tricking patients just to get more money.

Staff was ok, doctor has no compassion and lacks education. Forgive was basically a construction site and filthy
