Dr Panjwani is a very thoughtful doctor that listens to her patients. She has made a difference in my life.

Dr. Panjwani is an amazing Dr. Her approach to pain management involves no medication and was extremely effective in treating my chronic pain. She gave me a much deeper understanding of how my pain was manifesting itself. She is patient and sensitive to the frustration that chronic pain can cause. I would highly recommend Dr. Panjwani to anyone who is experiencing ongoing pain and would be interested in an approach that doesn’t involve medication.

I am incredibly grateful to Dr. Panjwani for helping me get my life back to normal. Her methodology was exactly what I needed. Unlike other doctors who told me to “get used to this” or “learn to live like this,” she promised that I would return to my normal self, and now I have. I was diagnosed with POTS and fibromyalgia in February 2023. After going through numerous medical exams and seeing different doctors who insisted I had to live with my symptoms, I finally found Dr. Panjwani. Dr. Panjwani helped me understand the root cause of my problems and guided me in surrendering to my symptoms. Once we identified my triggers, we started rewiring my brain through a series of exercises that helped me reduce the pain. These not only alleviated my symptoms but also taught me how to find peace in chaos and destress during stressful periods. Her methodology is simple yet highly effective, and I cannot recommend her enough to anyone dealing with a chronic condition.

After running out of solutions to help be deal with chronic back pain (chiropractor, physical therapy, acupuncture, MD's, Sarno, MD's, surgeons, pain management, psychologists) Dr. Panjwani was recommended. I was one step away from prescription drugs which I wanted to avoid at all costs. The prospect of taking pills for the rest of my life (I'm 62) was not a viable solution for me - but neither was the pain. Dr. Panjwani reviewed my (multiple) MRI's and explained to me some of the basic concepts she heals with. I'm a firm believer that mind and body are connected - but she managed to connect the two of them in a clear, concise, and scientific way. She put me on a program that helped (and continues to help) me address my pain. She helped me understand what my pain was, and how to deprioritize it. She helped change my outlook on life from pain and anxiety to movement, exercise, and positivity.

I came to Dr. Panjwani to try to alleviate pain and taper from medication. My first appointment was 90 minutes long in which she took an extensive medical history and provided me with an explanation for my pain as well as a treatment plan. She has treated me with low level laser (light) therapy and pain reprocessing therapy. My pain is 90% better and I am in the process of tapering medication.

This provider was understanding of my condition and provided me with all the tools to make my treatment successful. In the process I learned how to avoid the pitfalls of my chronic pain.

I was diagnosed with severe cervical dystonia not long after having 3 level cervical spine surgery with fusion. I was looking for treatment outside of traditional medicine since there is no cure for it. My functional medicine doctor insisted I see Dr Panjwani stating she will help me. It was the best decision I made. Dr. Panjwani's is at the top of her field in PRT. Her expertise, knowledge, and genuine concern to help people changed my life. I will be forever thankful for having the opportunity to be in her care.

I am so grateful for her comprehensive mind body approach to endometriosis pain. My pain & quality of life has significantly improved since seeing her. I now feel I know the root cause of my pain and can support it as such. Thank you Dr.Panjwani!!

I was experiencing neck, shoulder and lower back pain and visited Dr. Arti Panjwani. Let me start by saying this doctor is very brilliant and addresses the root cause of the pain and does not try to mask the symptoms with medication or provide any sort of temporary relief. She spends her time speaking with you and provides excellent recommendations/advice and any necessary treatment. Thankfully I am pain free now!!! Dr. Panjwani is a gem in her field and I highly recommend her.

Started seeing Dr. Panjwani about 2 months ago for spinal issues and migraines. I have been seeing a variety of doctors and taking different meds for years. I have felt better in the last 2 months than i have in the past 3 years. I am so thankful for all Dr. Panjwani has helped me with & look forward to continue to working with her on alternative approaches to pain management.
