Dr. Arush P Singh, MD

My experience with this doctor was quite different and not very positive. The doctor I saw was Arush Singh. When I first walked into the room he stated that he doesn’t speak my language(Arabic) and to not expect him to know how to translate. Keep in mind I never asked for a translator, I know my English isn’t the best but I can understand generally speaking. He then proceeded to call someone who speaks my language to help translate without me requesting anything at all. It seemed like all he cared about was what I spoke instead of getting me the care I needed. As if that wasn’t enough, I drove 30 minutes just to see a doctor specialized in Gastroenterology, just for him to not give me any single information about my health nor did he try to guide me in any way. The entire appointment was him telling me not to expect him to know my language. All he told me that had to do with health was that I need to see another doctor specialized in what I need, he didn’t try to refer me or tell me… what I should look for. I’m very disappointed with the experience I had. I hope this can be a wake up call for this doctor to care more about his patients needs which is what he should be doing in the first place instead of worrying about them speaking a different language.

Doctor meets with me for less than 120 total seconds then bills me over 500$. Absolutely ridiculous. Especially after claiming there would be no charge. This is criminal price gouging. Avoid riverside medical group all together if you want to avoid endless random bills and huge headaches.
