"Glad you were there" I broke my neck on September 28, 2023. I fell backwards on a brick porch wall, striking my head and breaking my neck in two places. My life was in grave peril. When I arrived at the hospital, I had the great fortune to be treated by Dr. Ashley Barks. She performed two operations, front and back of my neck. My prognosis was grim indeed. I have come to realize that due to the superior skill of Dr. Barks and the will of our Lord my story has a happy ending. Today, I have a fused neck, but I have full function of my body. Trust the new girl, I did and I couldn’t be more pleased! Dr. Ashley Barks found that my MRI had been misread, determined my real problem, advised of the surgery she could do to relieve my pain and then she did it! Thank you Dr. Barks
