The sinus surgeries he did for me ruined my quality-of-life tenfold.

I took my 4 year old there for sinus problems she has had since being 6 months old. She was scared when she saw all the tools sitting on his table so she was already a bit nervous. When he came in, and tried to look in her nose, she was scared and was not letting him. His response to this was, "Come on, stop it. You're too old for this. I'm already running behind today." Umm, okay I waited 45 min to see him so I expect him to give us the time we need. Therefore, without looking in her nose, or doing any type of tests or really looking at anything, he said surgery was the way to go. I am not going to put my 4 yr old under surgery when no tests or other methods have been tried. He is the very opposite of a pediatrician and I am not going to listen to anything he wants to say to me!

This guy butchered my nose and no surgeries or ENT's have been able to fix. Basically ruined my standard of living! Don't go!

The worst bedside manner I have ever seen. He is cocky, very insensitive to his patients and arrogant. You are uncomfortable being in his presence.

A few years back I saw Dr. French for chronic sinusitus. Instead of alergy testing he immediately suggested surgery which I reluctantly agreed to. After the initial surgery my left sinus felt like it had a rock in it. He recommended another surgery on this sinus. The second surgery turned out to be a radical, outdated procedure that removed my terbinate and most of the tissue in my left sinus. This created what is called "empty nose syndrome" and I have been chronically ill ever since. Dr. French showed me misleading MRI results after this surgery which did not reflect the extent to which he had mutilated the inside of my sinus. After several follow up visits for infections and pain he said I must have a temporal nerve disorder which I think was an attempt to deflect his responsibility for causing my health problems. After seeing 3 other ENT's I found one who did a high resolution MRI. I was astounded when I saw the extent to which this man had disfigured the inside of my face. I… have more sinus infections than ever before, must use steroidal nose sprays and sinus flush on a daily basis, have chronic pain and discoloration of my cheek and can often smell the necrosis that is eating the tissue inside my sinus. This quack made thousands of dollars off my misery and gave me a chronic condition I will suffer with the rest of my life.
