Dr. Ashley Christine Willis, MD

HORRIBLE experience. Met Dr. Ashley Willis for the first time today. Why is she a Doctor?? She has no personality, doesn't greet you or introduce herself, truly doesn’t want to be bothered. Ninety percent of the time you're with her she totally IGNORES you. When you ask questions, you get either one or two curt word responses, and/or bothered looks or, absolutely no response at ALL. I had to chase her down the hall to find out what she recommended. I was more confused than before I saw her. She does not help you understand or tell you how best to treat whatever concerns you have. I left feeling 100% worst then when I first got there. One week later, I call to find out about the lab results, which included the most important lab test that I was told was going to be performed, AIC and Cholesterol. Well, I was blown out the water…this test was NEVER DONE! I was told that they didn’t have them, and that it was possible that Dr. Willis mistakenly must have forgotten to include… them. OMG AGAIN…why is she even a Doctor!! This to me is dangerous, the lack of concern or proper medical testing could put someone’s life at risk!! I gave one Star because I had to hit something...my rating is a ZERO!

This doctor does not deserve to be called a doctor. A doctor is one who looks after their patients and goes out of their way to meet their needs. I came in into this doctors office and wasn't even greeted. I asked her questions and I was ignored, receiving no answers. She gave me medication without explaining to me what they were for or how to use them. It's so disgraceful to have people like this in the medical field. I will never go back to this doctor & I recommend that no one goes to her as well.

I have has the worst experience ever with this Doctor on every level. She dose not give you all the information from test results and dose not give instructions on WHAT medication she is giving you or how to use it. She seems like she is off in LALA land half the time. I will never go back to this doctor again ..
