Dr. Ashlyn Lorraine Hankey, MD

My experience with Dr. Ashlyn Hankey and her office was profoundly disappointing. I sought care for specific mental health concerns, but she prescribed medications I understood to be for unrelated conditions and did not clearly explain why, even after l questioned them. During my final visit, she abruptly said she would no longer treat me and intended to focus only on ADHD patients, leaving me blindsided and without guidance for transitioning my care. Office communication and billing were equally troubling/ fraudulent. I was told certain charges would be dismissed, including an appointment she missed because of facial surgery, yet I was later billed and the balance was reportedly sent to collections. Because of this disputed bill, I cannot schedule with her or affiliated providers, interrupting necessary mental health care. I felt dismissed and unsupported throughout this experience. Patients deserve clear treatment explanations, respectful continuity of care, and transparent billing.

This doctor is completely unprofessional, rude, combative and lies to patients. DO NOT GO!
