Dr. Mehta is rude and arrogant and ready to leave the room as soon as he gets in there. His staff is ok with the exception of one.

I was sent to see Dr Mehta a few years ago for him to be my primary care doctor. I can not be happier with this move. Very friendly and spends time helping you. He has been great with me and has helped me greatly.

To begin with, I will tell you Dr. Mehta himself is a great doctor and very caring. He also spends good time with you. I was very happy with him. But problem is really with staff and nurses. Making appointment was difficult when I needed the most. Other times it was ok. Staff works over there as if they are not getting paid. Very rude. Nurses were very cold. Big problem is finance department, they sent me many invoices. My insurance company said these are not correct charges. So I called them to get this corrected. For some of the charges they accepted that it was their accounting mistake. Few other they didn't. So finally it was time for me to change doctor due all above reasons.

Dr. Mehta is ood. But his staff is extremely poor and arrogant in handling patients and administrative affairs.
