Dr. Ashok Yanamadala, MD

Do waste your time going to this place. They are very unprofessional and will constantly change the balance on your billing account and they don't like you questioning anything they do. They never answer their phones in any department or emails. The only thing they care about is getting paid. After the last visit with my 87 yr old mother which I take there. The receptionist Marie must be racist (I am white) cause she lied and said I pushed her when I never did. I have been taking my Mom there for over a year and this is the 2nd encounter I have had with Marie. The 1st was when I am in waiting room and she is talking about me and I confronted her and reported her to Mr. Connor that she should make sure the person cant hear her talking about them. Then the so called manager/billing guy named Connor asked me to leave didnt even look at their video cameras to see whom was telling the truth and didn't even care to hear my side of the story. Then the Therapist Mr. Flynn says he saw what… happened when he clearly didnt but was siding and lying with Marie. Then Mr. Connor refused to give me the name and number of whom I call to report the whole place to. They called the police on me it was all uncalled for. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE IF YOU WANT TRUE HELP

Keeps patients returning at short intervals so that he can renew your prescription and charge you for a 5 minute office visit. The office ignores phone calls.

Great for prescriptions refills if you can overlook the fact that you're essentially dealing with a glorified drug dealer who doesn't care, listen or understand most of you what you say to him. Possible he's not paying attention at all?

So terrible

I blindly put my trust in this man. He was my first psychiatrist so I didn’t know better. I unfortunately had to learn the hard way. He doesn’t give 2 sh!!ts about you. He stares at his computer screen 90% the time. Asks questions that have nothing to do with anything. He does not listen to you. He doesn’t give you the TIME to listen to you. He is an ‘in and out’ doctor. Getting in as many patients as he can for that money. I was not given the attention and proper medications. Thanks to him I ended up the the psych ward multiple times. Looking back I wish I could have seen how horrible of a doctor he is. He does not care about you or your health. Please please do not go to him especially is you have more complex issues than depression.

Dr. Yanamadala is great at making you feel unheard and insignificant. His bedside manner is cold and his conduct is unethical. He has never seen me for more than 5 minutes, does not welcome a dialogue, will haphazardly prescribe medications, will not educate you on side effects, and will absolutely prioritize making money with no qualms about over-medicating or enabling a patient's addiction. I will say that his office staff are exceptional and his schedule is highly flexible (because he is always open to squeezing in every last penny that the work day will allow).

I have never gone to a psychiatrist before, my primary care Dr has treated my symptoms of anxiety and depression After years of my primary treating these, he finally recommended that i see a psychiatrist. I randomly chose Dr Y from google. He has been very diligent, and rejusted my medications according to my symptoms. He's a very good listener, great advise and personal tools and goals to set for myself. I have been very very satisfied and actually happy after applying his suggestions to my personal situation. I referred my daughter to him, and she has had the same results!! Ty Dr Y. I'd recommend him to anyone seeking professional psychiatric help. Very easy to talk to with a great personality.

"Doctor" Yana discharged me as a patient because I did not get back with him quick enough on this TMS he was trying to sell me on. I expressed interest, but stated that I would get back with them when I could commit the time; having two kids and a full time job makes it hard to commit to 3 weeks/5 days a week. He has always been super rude and patronizing, which is not a quality a psychiatrist should posses. To drop a loyal client at the drop of a hat over nothing is beyond ridiculous. This guy needs to be shut down!

When I really needed the Dr. he discharged me as a patient over a misunderstanding. Refusing to help me after diagnosing me with PTSD. Very dangerous.
