Dr. Rehman always goes above and beyond to find the root cause to my issues. Would recommend to my family. 10/10

11/21/2024 I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 PM on Thursday, November 21, 2024, which was confirmed by a staff member when I called the day before to set it up. However, due to unexpected traffic, I called the office to inform them that I would be 7 minutes late. The staff member I spoke to was unhelpful and seemed disinterested, so I asked to speak with the office manager. When I arrived at the office, the office manager yelled from across the room at me, telling me I needed to reschedule despite my being only 7 minutes late. How many times has any of us had to wait for HOURS to be seen by the doctor on the date and time of an appointment? I had traveled 30 miles to get there, and her rude and dismissive attitude was shocking. I politely requested to speak with the doctor, but the office manager threatened to call 911 accusing me of being disruptive because I wanted to have a civil conversation with the doctor. The doctor eventually came out to speak with me, apologized for… the miscommunication, and offered to see me later in the day. However, waiting for 3 more hours was not a reasonable solution, and I decided to leave. When I requested my medical records, I was met with more hostility by the office manager, who refused to provide her full name and became increasingly rude. She gave me a name of “Lady”, and lady she is not. She asked me why and I told her that I was going to write a review. She then exploded and yelled at me to "Get the h... out of HER office". I told her with pleasure and walked out. While Dr. Rehman is a wonderful and kind doctor, the behavior of his office staff, especially the office manager, was unprofessional and unacceptable. It’s unfortunate because I had high regard for the doctor, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider continuing care at this office.

I’ve seen Dr. Rehman a number of times in the last couple of years. He correctly diagnosed my condition. He takes time to answer my questions. He’s always on time. I never feel rushed. He is pleasant and respectful. I recommend him. His staff is pleasant.

Dr Rehman was the on call neurologist when my 22 year old had a seizure and was taken to ER. He apparently reviewed ctscan remotely and prescribed anti seizure drug. Did not order eeg. Did not physically show up to evaluate my daughter. Prescribed a drug remotely that may have dangerous interaction with her other anti seizure meds. When i called his office the following day and got an appt 2 weeks away, I asked receptionist to ask him about the specific drugs/interactions so we could stop the med. He told her to tell me he will review that at the appointment in 2 weeks. Totally unacceptable. I will be disputing his ER charges with our insurance company and finding a neurologist that actually sees the patient..

Not happy with him, wouldn't recommend.Did not go over results just said your fine...

I have been to see Dr. Rehman for two unrelated conditions. Saw him 4-5 times in 2009-10 and then twice in the past month. I appreciated not only his competence but also the time he took to explain my condition and discuss the alternatives. His extra-pleasant demeanor was a bonus!

This doctor is really friendly and helpful.

Dr. Rehman does not listen well to what I have to say. When he answers any questions that I ask, he is often condescending and impatient, cutting me off mid-sentence or disregarding my concerns. I have tolerated this for so many years because of lack of options were I live. However, enough is enough and dealing with him is more stressful than my illness. I will be driving to another city, 4 hours away, to see another neurologist.

This office is great!! being a specialists office, usually the wait at any specialist is terrible, but here it was great. Any general doctor office is 45 to 60 min wait. service was great. one office that does all testing in-house is great. no traveling around town to get tests done.
