Dr. Balwally and his staff provide excellent patient care. Julie Bellanca/Medical Secretary/Scheduler Team Leader. Julie filed a claim with insurance (that was denied) filed an appeal and I am now approved for the medication I need. Julie kept me informed, faxed and filed paperwork for me, kept everyone updated on the progress. Julie put the patient first. She always greeted me with a smile and remained positive throughout this process! I told her she is a ‘ray of sunshine’ and is most appreciated for her hard work and dedication. Dr,. Bawally has been treating my family for a long time. Usually on time,gets to the point and tells u the best thing to do.All the staff and doctors r great.they r keeping an eye on my thyroid nodule.

He failed to diagnose a serious illness, and didn't seem very interested in listening to my description of the symptoms. I wound up in the ER the very next day. After three months of convalescence, I have mostly recovered from the illness. However, other specialists tell me that a full recovery is unlikely. No one knows if my chances of a full recovery would have been better if Dr. Balwally had correctly diagnosed and treated my illness on the first day.
