Dr. Audie Michael Rolnick, MD

After several shoulder operations, rotator cuff gone, and ongoing pain I met with Dr. Rolnick. He suggested a Platelet Rich Plasma Procedure for the shoulder and VOILA!!! Significant reduction in pain and I now play golf pain free. Thanks Audie.

I went to Dr. Rolnick with a referral from a friend. My knees were in bad shape from football and years of weightlifting. Other doctors that I had visited wanted to replace both knees immediately. He painlessly drained the fluid from my knees and provided anti-inflammatory meds and exercises that would improve my condition, saying that I was not ready for surgery. Therefore, I consider him to be honest and trustworthy.

I was referred to Dr. Rolnick through my primary provider. I'm assuming he's in network. I went because I've been experiencing constant back for months despite visiting urgent care, chiropractors, massage therapists, & acupuncturist. Adjustments, steroid shots, trigger shots, and after all that, my back pain is still affecting my everyday Life. I went to an orthopedic, Dr. Rolnick, as my last option. The office is a lean running machine. There are no warm & fuzzy welcoming faces. It's a big practice. No big deal. The doctor sees me - 15 minutes max. It couldn't have been more than that. I wanted to express my trial and error so far but he was only interested in the answer to two questions. Meaning, I answered but wanted to elaborate. He interrupted me and said, two questions: do you feel A or B? Like that's all he wanted to know. Before he Walked out I tried to squeeze in there that the pain is constant. He would submit an MRI but insurance will most likely deny it was his response.… If he would've listened or noted that I have tried other things, maybe they wouldn't have. I normally don't do this. Although it's a big practice, your customer service shouldn't be compromised. People go to doctors because they are experiencing something they feel isn't normal. That is impacting they're everyday lives. They put their trust and hope in the doctor. Just try to listen. Don't brush people off and move them along an assembly line. Needless to say, I will not be going back.

Excellent doctor

I went to Dr. Rollick because of pain in my shoulder. When he came in to see me, I expained my problem. He sent me down the hall to do an X-ray of my shoulder, he told me I had polyps. He gave me an injection, prescribed some cream to rub my shoulder with and ordered physical therapy. He was not very attentive, he left me to go to another patient, he came back after about 10-15 min. He never told me the shot that he gave me would cause my blood sugar to go up. I really wasn't comfortable with the level of service, I did get the cream. But I didn't do the physical therapy. The pain in my shoulder felt a little better, but it wasn't worth it because my bloodsugar was over 400 for a period of time, I had to call my endocrinologist and they explained that the shot he gave me would cause me to have elevated blood sugars for a while. Now about a year later I am still in pain, my PCP ordered an mri and I have been told that I have a tear in my shoulder and now have an appointment with another… orthopedic doctor. This could have been taken care of a year ago if he had ordered an mri.

If you have an eternity of time to waste then this Doctor's office is for you. You wait to see the doctor, you wait to check out, and you wait several days for a return phone call, and you wait several days for prescriptions. Then when you go to pick the scripts up, they make you wait several hours again!!!

Dr R. Reported "setting" LEFT hip when it was actually the RIGHT hip, took over SIX month for a correction, many calls not returned no follow up did not want to correct a rather " minor" paperwork error. Admin staff did not deal with issue at all.
