Horrible and unprofessional. Don’t put your health in the hands of these rude and incompetent so called “ medical professionals.”! All they want from you is your co pay and insurance. If you enjoy having your name yelled out into the office, hearing combative conversations with other patients, a doctor that demeans you , then enjoy yourself because that’s what you will experience. Never go here!

This doctor is the rudest, nastiest most demeaning person I have ever met in my life! I accompanied my elderly parent for a follow up visit and I was screamed like never before, because I asked about the side affects of a prescribed medication. The office staff treats the elderly like garbage also. DO NOT ALLOW ANYONE IN YOUR FAMILY TO SEE THIS GUY.

This man is rude, pompous, hysterical, and angry. He hates his career and has temper tantrums in front of his patients. He’s a quick tempered man, that is clearly not doing too well mentally. Her should surrender to a psychiatrist already. Hope the medical board treats you well.

Unprofessional ladies working in the office. They have no compassion for the patients. Do not go to this doctor.

Este señor me practicó cirugía green light laser hace como dos años,fue tanto lo que perforó que aún hoy en dia sigo usando pamper porque no puedo controlar la orina...es un abusador...me desgració la vida..

La recepcionista muy buen trato y muy profesional, pero el médico me dió un trato muy grosero, mi referido llegó tarde por eso no pude llegar media hora antes de la cita como el exige , llegué 20 minutos antes de mi appoitment se negó a atenderme me dijo despectivamente que las reglas de su casa las ponía él y que eso no era una clínica cubana,y que si quería quedarme a esperar que lo hiciera pero que podía pasar hasta 20 pacientes ("clientes") antes que yo , que el se levantaba todos los días a las 6 de la mañana , yo le expliqué que yo no podía llegar hasta que me confirmarán que el referido había sido enviado, y que yo no me había quedado durmiendo y por eso había llegado 10 minutos tarde, y que había tenido que gastar dinero para llegar allí pero nada le importó me hizo sentir muy mal , me dijo que habían solo 4 Urólogos en su grupo porque nadie quería venir para este pueblo, me imagino refiriéndose a Miami, y también como yo le insistí para ver si me podía ver, me dijo :y si me… hace enojar es peor. Es una pena que la medicina una profesión tan altruista y linda tenga dentro de sus filas a personas con tan poca calidad humana, ojalá reflexione y comienze a tener mejor trato al paciente esa consulta no es de gratis y el que va al médico es porque lo necesita no por lujo ni porque le guste gastar dinero en visitar al médico.

Dr Pinon removed a kidney after I was diagnosed with cancer in 2008. He has followed me religiously since that time & I believe he's helped to keep me in remission. I've now moved to Central Florida & hoping I can find another urologist like Dr Pinon.

Having nightmares about my situation with BPH, I finally came to the conclusion I need to see a professional Urologist who cares about patients and that I will feel confident the future treatment I was going to receive was going to be without a doubt satisfactory. I made an appointment for the earliest date which was a month ahead. I decided to read his ratings and I was shocked about all his patients who rated him with a lonely star!, specially the patient who had the green laser (PVP) procedure which I was to consider for myself. Thank you all who rated this Doctor. I cancelled my appointment.

I arrived on time for a confirmed appointment to be told by the Dr. Pinon himself at reception that I should have known to be there 15 minutes earlier. He actually asked me if I would arrive to the airport at the time of my scheduled flight. Even though I was on time for the previously confirmed scheduled time, with completed forms and lab results, he said he was not interested. That I would have to understand that with the patients he has now, he doesn't get home until after 7:00. The appointment was for 3:30. I left my job, having to have someone cover the care of my special needs students to get there on time. I believe however that he may have done me a favor, as I do not want this overly stressed out Dr. to oversee my health care. Take a deep breathe Doc!

Hace aproximadamente 11 meses fui sometido a una cirugia con rayo laser[green light laser prostate surgery]por este doctor Avelino Pinon,a los dos dias de la cirugia fui a la clinica para que me retiraran el catete,retirado este la fluides de la orina sin control era enorme,al plantearle esta situacion al doctor Pinon su respuesta fue...apriete el pene y pongaselo hacia arriba gordo...desde aquel entonces sigo usando pampers sin poder controlar el flujo urinario....esta situacion me ha llevado a una depresion extraordinaria..hubiese preferido un disparo de shotgum por el pecho a este proseso aplicada por una persona irresponsable y falta de seriedad...
