My husband went to Dr. Mendelsohn after struggling with throat pain. He diagnosed with eagle syndrome and did surgery. Swore it was not cancer. Well it was tongue cancer. My husband discovered lump on tongue and had to wait 3 weeks to see dr. Then we could not get dr to return our phone calls or e-mails to tell us any of the results. It was one of the cruelest experiences ever.

Dr. Mendelsohn was so thorough when explaining my diagnosis and upcoming surgery. He was also very personable and caring. Did a fantastic job with my surgery making my incision look like a natural fold in my neck. His follow up was also fantastic. I would highly recommend him!

Excellent communication skills' conveys the complex to virtual simplicity. He is confident, not arrogant. When I inquired nurse of every rank at the UCLA Ronald Regan Medical Center - no one received higher praise that Dr. Mendelsohn. His demeanor is unassuming, yet you recognize you are in the presence of a surgeon who is "sui generis" there is no one like him.

Nothing short of praising doctor and his staff. Simply the best

Staff is RUDE, he is arrogant! I had to give 1 star he deserves a 0 on all choices! He is QUACK!!!
