Dr. Azeem Syed Haleem, MD

Dr. Haleem has a very good bedside manner. He takes the time to discuss your issues and uses visual aids (ipad) to help explain his diagnosis and treatment. HOWEVER, his office staff is lazy and rude. They do not check your insurance right away. They provide services, ask for a co-pay, and then tell you you aren't in network. Then they expect you to set up a payment plan for the remaining balance of their mistake. They also do not send orders to the hospital after the doctor requests them. While in pain, I had to drive from the hospital to the office to pick up orders and return to the hospital because the staff was too lazy to do their jobs. I have also sat on hold for over 20 minutes several times waiting for someone to pick up.

Did not listen to what his patient was trying to tell him...the patient's input is an integral part in the diagnosis and treatment of their condition. Did not even come close to the desired outcome.
