Dr. Babak Jahromi Jamasbi, MD

If you have any sort of genuine medical condition, do not go here, they will not treat you. Dr. Jamabasi's only concern is referring patients to his 6 week drug treatment program. I had three appointments at his facility. Following my last appointment I received a letter in the mail from him that stated that they could not treat me. There was no explanation or reason in the letter. I called the office and spoke with his assistant. She told me that my case was too complicated and serious for them to treat and that I would need to find another Pain Specialist and Neurologist. It appears that they only treat drug addicts. Every time I was in their office, I never saw anyone with a cane or walker. These are things that many severe pain patients use. I can't even walk without a walker and am in constant severe pain, but they can't treat me. Unless you are a drug addict or derelict looking to get into their drug treatment program, stay away from this place. They are masquerading as a Pain… treatment facility.

He is one of the most obnoxious people I have ever met. He met with me, tried one medication, then said he could not help. I am seeing someone else in his practice. Needed help over the weekend and I got him. He acted like I was bothering him. I do not ever recommend seeing this man.
