I decided to move forward with a facelift, and I’m now three months post-op—and genuinely beyond happy with my results. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. I was originally referred to him by my boss, who also had a facelift with him and looked amazing—so I went in with high hopes, and he absolutely delivered. I’ve already recommended him to another friend for a blepharoplasty, which says a lot about my confidence in his work. The recovery was much easier than I anticipated, with minimal pain throughout. What really impressed me is how subtle and natural everything looks—no “overdone” appearance, just a refreshed version of myself. Even the scars are nearly undetectable at this point, which speaks volumes about the precision and skill involved. The staff deserves a special mention—they were incredibly supportive from start to finish. Truly a team of “hype girls” who made me feel comfortable, confident, and cared for every step of the way. If you’re considering this… procedure and want natural-looking results with a positive, encouraging environment, I couldn’t recommend them more.

I’ve had several procedures performed by Dr. Phan and have been extremely happy with all of them. He is very skilled and his work looks so natural. I love that he offers IV sedation and local anesthesia for his procedures. He is also personable, and takes the time to answer questions and explain everything in detail. He is wonderful with the follow-up after surgeries and is always very quick to attend to any messages or concerns. My most recent procedure was for a mini face lift under local anesthesia with fat grafting to the face and a chemical peel. I am 7 weeks post-op and love the results. I have no visible scars and most people have commented that I look great, but no one really knows for sure if I had anything done. I look like myself, but younger! The staff at Hawaii Plastic Surgery Institute is also wonderful and his office and surgery center is high tech and immaculate. I have recommended Dr. Phan to many friends and will definitely return to him for any future procedures.

My first experience with Dr. Phan was 15 years ago, when he fixed a botched procedure done by a different surgeon. I recently had a mini face lift and chemical peel by Dr. Phan, I’m so happy with the results he did such an amazing job. I had no bruising with minimal swelling and redness. I was back in the gym on the 6th day. He made me feel very comfortable during the entire process, I had no anxiety. He also gave me the option to have my procedure done under local numbing instead of general anesthesia. I was all in for that because I didn’t like the side affects from anesthesia, especially experiencing nasuea. He’s been my surgeon for 15 years and always goes the extra mile. Dr. phan is an exceptional surgeon, his experience and professionalism shows in his work, because he’s the best I never worry about the end results because he always exceeds my expectations and more. Dr. Phans team has been an exceptional team, always available to answer questions and always giving me the best… support needed. They always made me feel like I’m apart of the family. I highly recommend Dr. Phan and his team based on the positive experience that I’ve had in the past 15 years.

I've been waiting 17 years to get a tummy tuck and I finally decided it was time and I'm sooo happy with my results. Dr. Phan was very detailed during my consultation, he's a straight shooter and will tell you realistic expectations, which I appreciate. My post surgery experience was way better than I expected and pain was at a bare minimal. At 2 months I was back playing Pickleball, and my incisions are fully healed and flat to the touch! Thank you to Dr. Phan and his wonderful staff for being available in answering any questions I had and for always providing a friendly atmosphere. Wow! Amazing surgeon. I had a lower lift, neck lift, chemical peel, and fat transfer. I had no bruising, no nausea, very little pain…and look like myself but amazingly so. His state of the art surgery center, training, office staff, and his surgical skills are the best. My procedure exceeded my expectations. What a gifted surgeon!

I was always fully satisfied with all of my procedures I’ve had, from breast augmentation to mini tummy tuck, Lipo/chemical peel. Not to mention his staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to work with Dr. Phan and his amazing staff recently when I went ahead with my Abdominoplasty procedure. After having 3 kids, my abdominal region had reduced elasticity of the skin and my core muscles separated (Diastasis Recti) making it hard to continue doing the sports I love and feel confident in a bikini!! After multiple treatments for abdominal skin tightening like Accent, ThermiSmooth Radio-Frequency, Venus as well as doing Physical Therapy for my Diastasis Recti, NOTHING seemed to work. I met with Dr Phan and he recommend a Tummy Tuck, Dr. Phan was patient with my process and listened to my concerns. His informative staff provided me with the support I needed to guide this decision.
