Dr. Barbara Conner Biggs, MD

Sure miss the best internist in the County. Have tried their fill in Dr. Klein nice guy but obviously not with the Program yet. I had to tell him what allergies I had since my records have been in cyberspace since Dr. Biggs left. Office staff is very unprofessional. If I need an appointment I go over to the Office. It is no use calling. I am going to try their new doctor but do not feel hopeful at all.

A professional office would have provided a courtesy letter to each patient that Dr. Biggs was leaving. Thanks for leaving the patients high and dry.

Thank you Dr. Biggs for being a outstanding, wonderful and experienced Internist in Marietta for over 26 years! You will be dearly missed as your staff for being one the most caring offices in the area! My family and I wish you all the best in the future and will continue to pray for nothing but success and and good things for you and your family. We will miss you!

Can anyone please tell me where is Dr. Biggs and what happened in her office? As a patient for over 20 yrs, I am very upset that she seems to have left! I did not go to see her office staff so I really don't care how great or hw horrible they were, I went because I have never had a kinder, more caring Dr. In my life. If anyone can give me info I appreciate it.

Honest, experienced, outstanding patient care. Yes, healthcare is changing and more patients are complaining about their bills..because they RESPONSIBLE..not the office. Say hello to 2014 and the new healthcare regulations. Dont pass the buck on to someone else. Laughing at the insults some patients have on here. Dont worry. Dr. Biggs is moving on to brighter horizons. Good Luck finding a "real physician" with the upmost respect and get good health care at the same time. Dr. Biggs is one of the last great physicians who truly loves and takes care of her patients. The staff is wonderful and the office manager is a nurse on top of her great repor and experience with patients. I will miss you Dr. Biggs but your staff will still continue on to be the awesome bunch they are always! My family will miss you! WE LOVE YOU!

I'm with the others that have obviously visited/dealt with this office...... Don't waste your time or your money!! Very disorganized and unprofessional place!!! Obamacare is bad enough as it is........ but it would be a Blessing in this office!! That sums it up!! The Obamacare nightmare coming is more efficient and professional than the management and organization of this present office!!!

I have been a patient for over 20 years with Dr. Biggs. She continues to give excellent care to me and my family. I know that the new Healthcare regulations have forced many offices and doctors to change their polices in the office and many patients are not happy. The insurance and billing is now remote and I asked about the changes. THEY are CERTIFIED Coders. I have no problems with questions or billing. I feel completely confident my care ahead of all the changes in this office will never be compromised. Wishing all patients luck in 2014 because medical care and ALL physicians are having to prepare for the regulations and changes. Give me the experience excellent care and knowledge that Dr. Biggs continues to provide all of her patients, Thank you Dr. Biggs! I love your staff too...They care about me and my family! Don't ever change!

If you are feeling good and don't need to see the doctor for 3 years, they convert you to a new patient without telling you and will not accept your appointment because they are not taking in new patients even though their website states they are accepting new patients. Sadly doctors once were your doctors for life. Now you have to be sick often to keep a doctor for life.

Despite the comments I have read here, this office is a great office. Not every office can please every patient. The old phone system was a busy signal all day...Great improvement compared to the last system. The management is working with all patients and with changes in health care, not every patient is going to be happy about Dr. Biggs new policies and rules in the office. Prepare for 2014! As a manager of a local medical office and a patient in this office...the wave of things to come! Love the office and Dr. Biggs. Better find your primary care Dr soon!

Dr. Biggs is a wonderful Dr. I've been a patient for more than 15 years and have seen this office go from Top Notch to Pathetic!!! The management of this office over the past couple years is HORRIBLE!! The phone system just is an absolute Joke!! I really don't understand what has happened. The staff used to be Professionals and the Office was ran professionally! The previous Office Manager (Melinda) Now that woman knew how to run an office!! I loved working with her!! Whatever or Whoever is running that office now has allowed that office to turn into a pitiful mess!! With such unsavory management and employees... me and my family are very disappointed and will be taking our business elsewhere! I could never in good faith recommend this office to anyone because of the unprofessional quality of the employees! Really sad to see Dr. Biggs practice like this. She was a good Dr. just has very poor choice in office management staff!
