Awful staff. Made it very difficult to schedule appointments, answer questions or send paper work. Receptionist Forgot to fax paper work, very rude and snarky. Do your self a favor and go to a different doctor.

Front desk is helpful when you check in. When I asked information about various health plans for college son, was very helpful.. Vitals taken by assistant were efficient. Dr. Fardo discussed the results of blood work and compared to previous. Answered all my questions. Did not rush the exam. Staff promptly returned my phone calls and mailed my prescriptions. Called to discuss test results she received from specialist that she recommended. e-prescriptions were correctly sent to my pharmacy. At checkout staff had all documentation, prescriptions, phone numbers for referral doctors immediately available. No delays. Overall wonderful experience. Highly recommended.

Beware- I had two major issues with this practice. I fired Dr. Fardo for a lack of accuracy & lack of compassion. She called me with zero compassion while referring me to a breast surgeon. I later found out my breast biopsy results were in fact benign. 3 months later when Cigna said that the MRI request needed to be re-submitted with more information during a very painful back issue. Barb told me “No, we won’t re-submit the request, you're not our only patient.” Rude & uncaring beyond belief.

Makes you come all the way to pick up your script because they won't e-script, fax, or mail it so they can charge you $10.00. Front office women are miserable every time I've gone in there. NEVER a warm, friendly greeting, but almost like they are thinking "what the heck do you want", or "you're bothering me". Rude on the phone as well. Dr. doesn't spend enough time with you, and doesn't seem like she is listening when you talk. I am changing PCP's. So now, their greed has lost them lots of bucks for being my doctor. Horrible experiences.

I wouldnt go to anyone else. Dr Fardo is is just wonderful!

Try getting an appointment with this office, it is virtually impossible. Leave a message for the person who schedules?? Employees that answer the telephone when you call cannot schedule an appointment for you. You have to leave a voicemail for a women who works there to call you back. Still waiting for her return call after two days. No thanks.

Most impressive individual. Extremely thorough and professional while being personable also. Great staff. She diagnosed my Lyme disease immediately. One doctor in a thousand. Can't say enough good things about the care I've received from this extraordinary woman.

Dr. Fardo is competent, but has her limitations, specifically in the diagnosis of occult disease. I consulted her at least a dozen times over 1 year, but she was unable to identify my problem, and did very little work outside of the first couple visits. Her knowledge of Lyme Disease is inadequate given that her practice is in a Lyme endemic area. Her ability to think systematically when it comes to connecting various symptoms Is lacking. However, she will be up to the task of diagnosing and treating most common ailments.

Dr, Fardo is a rare physician in the brave new world of medicine. She actually cares about her patients, leaves no stone unturned.

I recommend these doctors to all my friends. Takes the time needed for you, answers your questions and most of all someone in the office always gets back to you regarding results from tests or ? you may have asked by calling office in a timely manner.
