Great practice people are nice and efficient. Takes almost all types of insurance so very accomodating.

Dr Cruikshank is one of those rare doctors who looks beyond the symptoms to find and treat the root cause of your health problems. And she listens! I either see her or her male P.A. - he's just great - he works very much like Dr C. I would not recommend P.A. Karen Minor; she doesn't seem consistently competent.

I really want to say, I have never felt so cared for and right at home. I have been to a few really wonderful, well-prepared doctors, but I feel she is the best. Her training and pedigree are outstanding. She is caring, thorough and you feel she really listens. Her Medical Assistant, Karen Miner, is the best I have ever seen. I feel completely comfortable with her. She is so personable and knows her stuff! The staff is so kind and efficient! All fives!

I have to agree about call back time being ridiculous. I have had several instances where I did not receive a call back at all. I do appreciate the care I get when I am in office, but out of office, you cannot get answers.

Doctor Cruikshank is the hardest working woman I have ever met!!!! She is there from 7 am to 10 pm almost everyday and tries to make a relationship with every patient! Those who write negative things obviously have nothing better to do with their lives because she has stayed in with me for an hour just praying and crying for my family!! God has blessed her!

Never spoke or met dr barb, was sent to her pa who was beyond clueless and treated me like an idiot, messed up 2 rx and wasted endless time then billed my insurance and me $490 for her her negligence would tell people to do homework they advertise hormone replacement but don't know it! could not get her to return calls for over a week then she complains that I didn't like her- no just didn't like her endless errors and living on her computer to research my medical

I have been a patient of Dr. C's for more than fifteen years. She is more than competent, is always willing to listen and discuss, and has an excellent list of referrals for more serious issues. She has never failed to give me the time I needed to talk about something. Her staff is gracious and will bend over backwards to help you if they can. My only complaint is the wait time, but you are going to have that with a doctor who is preferred by many...

We are going to have to switch doctors for our son if things don't improve. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get a timely call-back. They do NOT call in prescriptions when they say they will. And they say they answer phones until 9:30 p.m. Mon-Thur when Urgent Care is open but they DO NOT. We called for over an hour one evening and finally gave up and went in to the office - on Valentine's Day evening!!!!! They were CLUELESS that they weren't getting calls and didn't BELIEVE me until I called IN FRONT OF THEM and their phones didn't work. Tonight, A MONTH LATER they AGAIN aren't answering their phones, and we need to reach them about my son's medication. UNACCEPTABLE. They need to TRAIN THEIR STAFF and FIX THEIR PHONES!!!

I have been with Dr. Cruikshank's office for 19 years. She has seen me with very little advance notice. If she wasn't available her P.A.'s were available. Good physician, she cares about her patients.
