Dr. Garcia is a horror. In a workers’ comp eval report Garcia said neck and back spinal damage were work related and symptomatic during exam, but he was not sure if shoulder injury was work related as he did not see my shoulder in medical records until years after the accident. Days later he testified that his exam showed that spinal damage were not symptomatic, and that the symptoms were due to polyneuropathy from a bad diet (for a brief period in 2011), disregarding that 2002-2016 MRIs showing nerve compression at multiple levels and that doctors from 2011-2016 continued to treat me for crippling pain from spinal damage. Garcia also maintained that even though spinal injuries were asymptomatic I should be evaluated by a neurosurgeon for spinal damage, which is not sound as there needs to be some sort of symptom for warranting an invasive procedure like surgery. Shoulder wise, I showed him a stack of records from shortly after the 2002 accident discussing my shoulder, but he refused… to revise his non-work related opinion. In my view Garcia is not interested in the truth or a patient’s welfare

Dr. Garcia is a great doc. Very thorough and attentive.

Best doctor I have ever found.. I have many issues with my spine and hips and he has given me the tools to live a better life! Put your trust in him and get better!!
