Dr. Barry Evan Kosofsky

I cannot thank Dr. Barry Kosofsky enough for his attentiveness and overall professionalism with an exceptional bedside manner which is what most families want when you are dealing with a neurological disorder with one of your children. He has gone above and beyond and I would highly recommend him. He has made this whole process so much easier and comforting for us.

Dr Kosofsky went above and beyond as we had unfortunate hat trick of 3 children with concussions in less than 3 weeks from separate types of sports His team was thorough caring and asked a lot of questions with great follow up and support for returns to learn and return to play -- most importantly he emphasized to the children in a clear and firm and caring manner how serious it is to take best care of their brains and worry and anxiety and rushing only makes things get worse - so rest as long as possible til you get better because it is temporary and you will get better but if you force it too soon it will get worse --- his team's holistic approach and his clinical exposure and incredible research on diagnosing and finding bio markers for concussion susceptibility should be supported -- he is truly there for the children and their families - and he is one of the rare neurologists / research who is not tied with any other affiliations that can give him a conflict of interest with… sports league sponsors who have agendas to protect ---
