This company overcharges for physicals for a job. I would NEVER recommend them. They charged my daughter $105!!!!!! other companies would charge $35. Not a happy customer and will tell everyone about this.

Very caring and accurate doctor.

I have not any problems with Dr. Richards or the Staff, I found him to be reliable and caring along with the staff. I am very bessed and had no major medical problems. He is easy to reach and return phone calls from the stafff and refills if needed with little or no problem. I guess I can say I am blessed Thanks to Dr. & Staff.

Spent a lot of time in the waiting room, and then can never seem to get a hold of anyone in the office and takes weeks to follow up with you about what is wrong. NOT RECOMMENDED

First, I would like to say that the office had been closed for a few days due to severe imclement weather and my appointment was rescheduled immediately, thus I was very pleased. As a result, the office was extremely busy and that is why my wait time was so long. I spoke to a few regulars who all stated this was highly unusual for his office and thus I did not mind the wait. Many patients were seen while I was there and I was impressed with the office efficiency. I was being seen for a reoccuring illness, so Dr. Richards did not perform much diagnostics on me. He was thorough in understanding my medical history and concerned with my current syptoms prior to prescibing any medicines, which I appreciated. He seemed to be very genuine, was short and direct which I quite prefer.I had to contact the office a week later for an adjustment to my dosage and the staff was very helpful. I recieved a return call later that day from Dr. Richards himself and we resolved the matter immediately. I… am very pleased with this office in it's entirety and have every intention of returning for future medical needs!!

I would recommend Dr. Richards as a Great family Physician for any family. I am a 36 yr old female and I have two sons 15 & 11.. My whole family uses him as our Primary Doctor and He has always been courteous and Concerned with our problems. We moved out of the county and still drive the distance to see him when we need to see a doctor.

Dr. Richards is a good general practitioner. Appointments are usually easy to get and the staff is courteous and good to deal with. The facilities are clean and well kept. For normal visits, cold, ear infection, ect. Dr. Richards has been good to go to. :-)
