yes the wait time is long but Dr Selleck takes his time with all his patients he listens to your issue and he also does his research and goes the extra mile to make sure you leave happy .

The front desk customer service is terrible the wait times are ridiculous waited 3 hours to be seen outrageous.

3 to 4 hrs - on average back entrance allows for access without appt pharm sales people take priority over appt staff over the complaints and irates

Prepare to wait 4 hours in waiting area (with appointment) & 1 hour inside patient room. Front office makes you pay your copay first in case you decide you can't wait, so you don't have a choice other than wait. The second time I went, just to get blood test results (they would not give them to me over the phone) I had to wait 3 hours and then the staff and doctor went to lunch and I had to wait until they came back. The doctor was mad that I had a problem with the wait and the front desk attendant told me "all doctors offices are same & good luck finding somewhere I didn't have to wait 4 hours". Dr. Sellek proceeded to tell me that my results were Ok, and when I asked why I couldn't be told that over the phone, he looked at them again and said " well, you might have a little anemia". Dr. obviously makes a habit of booking patients in his office for no real reason but to be able to charge an office visit. Dr. was rude, like his staff, and was not in the least professional. Will… NEVER go back.
