Dr. Beelein Lin, MD

This is probably one of the most unprofessional medical office I've been to. My grandma needed cataract surgery and we went in to get checked and was scheduled for today for the surgery. It didn't happen because the day before surgery, I called the surgery center to confirm the time but they said my grandma wasn't even on the list. So, I called Dr. Lin's office and asked about it and they didn't know what hapened and said they would call me back and reschedule. Then today they called me and said why weren't we at the surgery center. And trying to turn the blame to us for being late. Um.. Hello? You guys didn't even give us the the time. How do you expect us to be there? Then later the so called "nurse" calls and says "If you don't want to see Dr. Beelein Lin, then I can't force you." Dude, you guys are in the wrong and didn't even bother to at least apologize? And had the audacity to make it sound like it's our problem. Anyways, you guys are a joke. Unprofessional and horrible… communication on their end. Seems like their office workers and the Dr. Lin has no communication and unorganized. I am actually glad I didn't bring my grandma here for the surgery.
