Dr. Ben Edward Leff

Dr. Leff was grumpy, rude and unprofessional. He was too busy complaining about my Surgeon whom he never met and didn't know to listen to what I had to say. Waste of my time going to him.

This doctor is a jerk, he was very arrogant, Didn't offer anything to help my condition, just bad jokes, and insults.

He helped our mother by removing a blood clot in her nose. She was in so much agony and having a hard time breathing. No words can express how grateful she and the family are for his wonderful care.

Never, have I ever, been to a doctor that showed so LITTLE professionalism. I should have walked out as soon as I saw how nasty the waiting room was. But I stayed cuz I need to see an ENT and they were able to get me in the same day; no surprise after I met the doctor. He would not listen to my background nor my symptoms. He was more interested in what HE had to say. He needs to learn to SHUT UP AND LISTEN. In short, NO satisfaction. Wish I had waited and gone ANYWHERE else.

Went in for a spot on my throat. Said it was a wart. Went back in a couple weeks and had it removed for a biopsy. Spent nearly 2 hours in waiting room. Said come back in a week. Came back. Spent the obligatory hour in waiting room. Escorted to exam room. Worthless assistant said we are here to go over biopsy results. They all disappeared for an hour and a half leaving me thinking how bad is it. They came back and said the biopsy specimen was lost. Don’t worry we will find it and even if we don’t, if it’s cancer it will grow back. So comforting. Said come back in a week. Day before I called and asked if biopsy results were in. Still lost. Asked when the&@“? were you going to tell me? Another appointment and no results? These people are rude, insulting, and in my opinion incompetent. I get better service from the guys who work on my car. And they have never lost my car.

Dr Leff is a jerk, arrogant, useless to me, worst Dr I have ever seen in 55 years. good luck with him...

Dr Leff is very personable and while he works quickly, he definitely takes the needed time to answer any questions. I've visited his office 5-6 times in the past year and have always had a pleasant experience with both him and his staff. I really like seeing him and trust his knowledge and judgment.
