They won't tell you before you show up to the appointment that they want to be paid up front for the visit and some additional possible procedures during the visit. When I asked to verify the procedures go through my insurance before paying, the office billing woman named Amy told me she had already called my insurance the day before to get the amounts (the doctor didn't even see me to require any procedures yet!). When I asked if it's ok that I will call my insurance to verify this myself she said she actually never called but rather got the amounts from the internet (???)... basically lied to my face and if I wish to call my insurance she will cancel my appointment and I will need to reschedule. I will contact my insurance to report this outrageous behavior. Terrible experience. I strongly recommend to stay away from this place.
