Dr. Beni Naghi, MD

Thankfully this “Doctor” is not my doctor! He called me because I had called my OBGYN and while she’s on vacation, I guess her staff asked him to fill in. No hello, just “I’m dr Naghi, what’s your problem?” Like I know who is calling me. It took me a second to understand, meanwhile he said “I’m listening, what do you need?” Can you believe this??? Anyhow, since he didn’t have a decency to look at notes, my chart, he started talking about some medication that I didn’t need help with. I corrected him, and told him that there is another medication that pharmacy won’t give me because it may cause a reaction with something I’m already taking. He told me to stop taking one of those medications, either one! How about that?! And then said “look, I don’t know about it, why don’t you give DR Marshall a call” and HANG UP

I have been seeing him for over 20 years. I had a cyst removed also in surgery and he did a great job. I like that he takes you into his office to have discussions. Great with people.

I have never had to wait less than an hour to see this doctor. Even for a two minute follow up. I don’t know if it is him or if it is his staff but it is completely disrespectful of patients time. I also do not feel like he managed my blood work appropriately. He’s fired to say the least.

I ultimately had to switch doctors because the service here is awful!!! I tolerated this for many years after my surgery for my annual exams. recently needing another surgery, I cannot call without a minimum 30 minute wait, not to mention the wait for them to coordinate with the specialists. I'M DONE!!! DR Naghi, time to clean house!!!

The office service at Dr. Naghi’s is the worst I have ever experienced. They are unorganized and unprofessional. Some of the issues I had were long call wait times just to be hung-up on, incorrect DOB on my prescription, mix up in sending my prescription to multiple pharmacies causing insurance delays, and incorrect prescription refills. The doctor also didn’t bother taking a test and prescribed medication only to have the issue persist. I would highly recommend choosing a different doctor as everyone deserves quality service, especially in this kind of medical field.

the worst! two words: baby factory. this doctor does not care about his patients AT ALL.

Dr. Naghi is very compassionate and gentle. He also is very knowledgeable about this specialty.

The front desk staff is usually very pleasant, the wating time is terrible, the holding time on the phone for ever!, Dr Naghi is the best, he knows his stuff..... Happy with him! His team is good as well whwn he's not available. The girls are always nice when im there, sometimes the don't always call back with messages, and if they do it's late..... they need to work on TIME MANAGEMENT!!!!

I always felt rushed out. Repeatedly heard this doctor get snippy with nurses who are the best part of this practice. He did not explain what to expect or respond to questions with adequate depth. Responses to questions are vague and at times dismissive. I choose another doctor.

Great at delivering babies but anything more serious than that he is TERRIBLE! Not very knowledgeable or caring to women and issue's concerning them. If I had an uncomplicated pregnancy I would probably go to him if I couldn't find another but for anything else, serious conditions, I would definitely NOT. The staff is wonderful tho!!
