Dr. Benita Watson Jones, MD

She really cares and listens. Always positive with great advice.

The only reason that I discontinued seeing Dr. Benita Watson Jones was because of her rude appointment setter/phone staff. She had man at the time and he was terrible.

Dr. Jones is the best doctor that anyone could have. She was my doctor for quite a number of years. The only reason I had to give her up was because my husband's company transferred us to Florida. I only wish I could have packed her up and brought her with me. I also felt as though she was my friend.

I truly enjoy having Dr. Jones as my primary care physician. She came highly recommended by a colleague and has continued to exceed my expectations. She has an easy bedside manner that has a way of turning a routine visit into an enjoyable one. She takes her time to listen to your concerns and is thorough in her diagnosis. Additionally, she takes the time to follow up either by phone or electronically. Easily, she is highly efficient in providing care for her patients.

I am a RN and I was told about her by some coworkers. She is the MD that other health professionals go to. She listens.

She is a very caring doctor and takes the time to listen to you.

Dr. Benita Jones has cancelled my physical appointment twice. Because I need a physical it takes weeks to get an appointment in her office. She cancelled my appointment twice and her staff refused to accommodate me by giving me an appointment within that week and then shoved me to a male physician in the office after I told them I do not want a male doctor and they told me that is all they could do. I informed them that my physical was vital to me going back to work and they told me there was nothing else they could do. After seeing the other physician, he advised me that he did not have "time" to address nothing but me getting a physical. Not my ear infection or my chronic cough for 1 month!! I left his office immediately and requested my co-pay back. I have no problem writing a formal complaint to the board of medicine on both "doctors". I pay their salary, they don't pay mine and I refused to be treated that way.

Dr. Jones was very personable making the wait time not so bad. I enjoy having her as my physician.
