Dr. copeland is amazing. when i seen him i didn't feel rushed he took his time and answered all my questions. wish we had more Dr like him around.

Based on the great reviews, Dr. Copeland seems to be adept at other aspects of otology/neurotology and he clearly didn’t this far in medicine if he was completely daft, but if you have Ménière’s disease...FIND ANOTHER PROVIDER. It will be the best decision of your life. He has no care, respect, regard, or compassion for those of us who live with the daily nightmare of Ménière’s. He will put you off as long as possible, waste your time, delay your treatments, try to convince you that you have a “headache problem” (even when ruled out by another specialist), or that you are pathologically insane. If one day he ever ends up as sick as I was for the majority of 2019, I sincerely hope that he finds a doctor who is a better doctor to him than he was to me.
