Dr. Benjamin Eskra

I have seen Dr. Eskra for several procedures and have to say that he is one of the most understanding, compassionate physicians I've ever met. I cannot fathom anyone writing a negative review for his office. He always listens to his patients and spends a great deal of time with them, which is something rarely seen by many physicians these days.

It has been two weeks since my visit with Dr. Eskra. On my review of that visit, I stated that he was supposed to refer me to a specialist in another city. I'm still waiting for that referral. This just proves my point about him being nothing more than a money man and does not care about the wellness of those coming to see him. I figured this would happen, so I've chosen a specialist to see. This is the problem with our healthcare now. There are no doctors that truly care and want to help. It's all about the money!

I can't comment on his surgical skills because my consult never got that far. My reconstructive surgery was done by a different doctor that is no longer in NC. I went to Dr Eskra about the problems I've been having over the last few years. He does not believe in Breast Implant Illness. Evidently, he hasn't been keeping up with what is going on in the implant industry with the FDA and the bans on implants now happening in other countries due to this illness. He dismissed my problems and cut me off by stating that "implants do not cause illnesses, they are completely safe". This is a lie people. Do your research. BII is real and affecting women everywhere. Breast implants are not safe. If he was a doctor worth his salt, he would not have dismissed me as if I were stupid.

I had breast reduction. And feel great. I did have some problems with recovering as my skin would not heal fast. Now i am doing amazing and extremely happy with my life.

I absolutely LOVE this doctor and his entire staff!! Have spent well over $10,000.00 and would spend more if I had it. My breasts are amazing and my tummy tuck is more than I could of ever asked for. As for the ones on here complaining, I find this very hard to believe!!! BEST BY FAR!!!!

This facitily Dr and Staff are beyond amazing. This has been the best decision I have made and they def made my experience a great one from day 1 and on going. I would recommend Dr Eskra to anyone without hesitation and that's exactly what I do.

I had breast reduction well from the same Doctor. Did you have an issue with the incision opening up? My right breast as split open completely and is continuing to split and all I've been given was some topical cream. It is so bad that I can literally put my entire fist all the into the wound. I was never given any information on anything REMOTELY close to this being a possibility. All I was told before the surgery is that it would take 6 weeks to fully recover with the first 2 weeks being the worst. The incision began splitting on the 3rd day after surgery and has steadily gotten worse and continuing to open. I have been in and out of their office. I have been to the ER at Wayne Memorial and after 5 1/2 hours of waiting they only gave me antibiotics through an IV and then the PA (not an actual Doctor, never saw one) told me they didn't do stitching there. Even though I had asked them to do that when I got there. I have been in Goldsboro for over 10 years now and it seems that the… entire medical community is full of nothing more than complete incompetents. My husband is so outrage by the total lack of care that he is considering hiring an attorney.

I came to Dr. Eskra for a full tummy tuck after seeing several plastic surgeons in several states. After meeting with him I decided to have a breast augmentation and minor liposuction as well. I was given a quick surgery date and was excited to have my 'mommy makeover'. I was extremely pleased with all of my procedures but I wish I would have more clearly understood the recovery time and other post- op situations I would be dealing with. I am glad I chose Dr. Eskra because I am pleased with my results.
