I'm sure he's a nice guy, if I ever would have got to see him. Injury happened four weeks ago. To get the MRI took almost two weeks, reading from that took a week to get back, appointment to see him (just to tell me I need surgery) took another week. The day comes, his office said to be there at 2:15 for a 2:30 appointment. At 3:30 I finally get called back into the room, waited another half hour, still no Dr. Benjamin Koch. I just left. Again, I'm sure he is a nice guy, but only if you ever get to see him.

I appreciate the time and effort Dr. Koch spends listening, sorting through the issues, and providing his best diagnostic interpretations of what has been a very difficult shoulder issue. He has gone above and beyond to help with what has been a frustrating experience for all involved. His support and continued effort is encouraging. I feel blessed to have him on my care team!
