Dr. Benjamin Daniel Liess, MD

I have seen Dr. Liess for several years for chronic allergy and sinus issues, and recently, I've started with allergy testing and shots. I have found that his approach is always very thoughtful, explaining what choices I have to make, and in each instance, he has listened and made sound suggestions for my improved health. I would also commend his entire staff. This is an office where everyone is professional, polite and very responsive. I've never had an issue making or rescheduling an appointment, and prescriptions are sent to my pharmacy on the same day as my visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Liess and his entire team.

Dr. Liess explained my hearing issue clearly and paid attention to other related issues that doctors are currently treating me for, and their possible relationship with my respiratory and digestive symptoms. He also offered me options and allowed me to choose the option I found better for me at this time. He gladly referred me to other doctors who helped me to find hidden issues that I didn’t pay sufficient attention to. I definitely recommend Dr. Liess to anyone with ear and throat issues.

Wonderful bedside manner, clear communication, respectful, professional, and a skilled surgeon. I would recommend Dr. Leiss and his team to all of my friends. I was referred to him by a friend as well.

The couple times I was there, I felt rushed. I don't feel like he listened... Rather, I don't feel like he felt what I have going on was a big deal. My gut told me after my first visit to not come back. Yet, I did. On my 3rd follow-up with him, he prescribed me with a steroid (his assistant told me it wasn't), and I was very clear at my last visit that I could not take steroids due to my current eye condition. I found out after 1 week that it was indeed a steroid. I never got so much as an apology for the mistake.
