Dr. Benjamin Peck, MD

I was charged a copay that I shouldn't have paid. They said I couldn't be seen until I paid up. Im not sure if I will ever get my money back. I recommend bringing your ins plan with you and show them proof.

Waited a month for a new patient appointment and showed up 15 minutes early only to be told someone called and cancelled my appointment. Nobody called, I'm the only one who knew about it. Showed the receptionist my email confirmation and she could care less. I was told I could come back on the 30th (2 more weeks). Scheduling is one thing but clearly not caring is another. I'll never go back.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ben's and my wife is a patient of Dr. Rebecca's. We have been with them since my retirement in 2006 and I cannot say enough good things about both. They take the time to explain things in detail and with my wife being a nurse I fact check everything with her, she loves it when I do that. They both have a great bedside manner as they say and I hope to be with them until they put me somewhere I can't remember anything. Seriously, we love the Pecks as our Dr's.

Dr Ben has a wonderful bed side manner. He always listens to my concerns and questions. Wait time at times may be lengthy due to unforeseen patient care emergency. His office is always professional. Office and rooms are very clean.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ben since he opened his practice. He and is wife a make great team of taking very care of our needs.

It is a sad state of affairs when the doctor is too busy or too controlled to render total proper patient care.....only allowing a patient to address one symptom and refuse to address any others during a scheduled exam appointment. This is less than any person patient or human being deserves! Does not even deserve a poor rating... that was my only choice!

Office was clean and comfortable. While waiting with several elderly clients, a mother with two young children came for their appointment. What a delight to see the interaction, between those of us with older children and grandchildren, between the young children and the older of us patients. Nice to know that he cares for all of us. Dr. Ben was great, very concerned about my health and explained what I could expect in regards to health care as I grow older. Very happy that my new insurance company and his practice are compatable. Recommended him to several co-workers and they have made appointments. Thank you for going to med school Dr. Ben.

Attempted to get appointment to ease discomfort, advised no openings for rest of week. (5 days total). Advised possible call in script might be possible...and to call back after 2pm. Called and got voice machine..requested status on message. No one called back and checking with my pharmacy...no script. Poor excuse for service from people who are suppose to care about your health.
