Dr. Benny (Benjamin) Smith, is a caring, wonderful doctor. He will listen to you, no matter how long it takes. He cares about the mental and emotional part of his patients, as much as he does the medical side. He also plays Christian music in the office and will pray with you and for you, if you ask him to.

From the time I was shown to my room to wait for the Dr. 'til the time he opened the door to treat me was about 30 seconds. I have waited 30 minutes or more to see the Dr. at another Family Practice namely, "Woodstock Family & Urgent Care". How nice that Cartersville Family Medicine with Benny Smith M.D. doesn't keep you waiting AND they really care about you !

Dr. Smith is the most caring and compassionate doctor I have ever known. He gets to the root of your problem promptly and doesn't quit until he has it fixed. Always has plenty of time to listen to you.

Dr. Smith has been our famly physician since coming into this area 10 years ago. He is all that a doctor should be. Knowledgable, caring and willing to spend the time needed to hear you out without acting like you are taking too much of his time. Follow up call ALWAYS from his office. I have never waited long in the office for my appointment even when they are "fitting" me in. These guys are great!

We originally found this practice when we had no health insurance a few years ago. They would work with us and the rate was reasonable. We have nothing but the highest regard for this office's work. We have insurance now and made a point of getting them listed as our primary physician. These Doctors saved my husband's life once and we will continue to go to them to safe guard our health.
