Dr Wells is a phenomenal Pediatrician. Wait times can be lengthy, BUT, definitely worth the wait. Her attention to detail is top notch & her bedside manner speaks for itself. As a new patient, expect to be at the office until late ( as Dr Wells holds evening hours ). Get ready to receive the best care for your little one. I strongly recommend Dr Wells to anyone looking for a good pediatrician who actually cares about the WHOLE child, not just one problem.

We started with Dr Wells 4 1/2 years ago, our daughter who at that time suffered from an over-reactive immune system was progressively becoming sicker each year while being treated with conventional medicine. Since her treatment with Dr Wells, through naturalpathic medicine, including supplements and nutrition, plus NAET with a chiropractor and conventional medicine as needed she has seen a significant increase in her health and now rarely experiences issues. If you want a pill and run out the door doctor, Dr Wells is not for you, you will wait, but once she sees you she spends the time (5 mins or 2 hours) it takes to get to the root of the problem not just treat the symptoms. This method takes persistance and time but if you want to be well, really well and not spend the rest of your life on drugs then this is the doctor for you.

A 2-hour wait is typical for this doctor. This has been the norm for the 4+ years I have been bringing my child to her. The company line is that giving quality care takes time, but the truth is that she shows up at her leisure. I once had a 3:00 appt and she did not even enter the building until 4:00. Then she took a non-scheduled patient ahead of me because my child hadn't yet been taken back for vitals. It was after 5:00 before we began to be seen. Then she has to stop and chat with her associate for 20 minutes. A professional office calibrates its appointments to actual time spent with each patient to reduce waiting time. And then the doctor is prompt.

Dr. Wells is passionate about healing. She is thorough, caring, compassionate and professional.

Dr Burnedette Wells, sells multi level marketing items, out of her office. She has a 'holistic pharmacy' in her office. Some of the items she sells, she gets a dollar amount back, this is poor ethics for a doctor. Her staff is rude. Especially Diane in billing. I went for one office visit and had questions. I was told I would have to pay a doctor visit to speak to Dr Wells about any questions! This is borderline absurd.

First let me address the wait. The staff informs you of the long waits before you even have a consultation. But Dr. Wells will not end your appointment until EVERYTHING is covered, so the care is well worth the wait! I noticed people have complained about the "supplements" that she offers. Prior to seeing Dr. Wells, every single time my child got sick, she would have breathing problems. It wasn't until a really bad episode that we discovered she had asthma. Her other doc said, "Here's a prescription for a nebulizer and albuterol."We eventually switched doctors to Dr. Wells. My daughter has been taking some supplements that were suggested. She recently got sick, but this time with NO breathing problems! The sickness is not affecting her as poorly in other ways either (i.e., duration of energy-loss, clinginess, fussiness).Dr. Wells actually diagnoses, observes, asks questions and listens instead of writing prescriptions and running you out of her office.She has been amazing for my three… kids!
