Dr. Bernard Tuazon Bartolome, MD

Our appointments are always on time and nurses and receptionist are very accommodating and kind. Doctor Bartolome is very nice and will take time to listen to me and my husband. He will ask us if we have other concern. He is very detailed and will explain things we do not understand in simple terms. We have a lot of friends who recommends him as a good Doctor. Even our neighbor who is a doctor goes to him for physical exams. A friend who is a nurse goes to see Doctor Bartolome. All I hear from them are good and great for this Doctor.

Rude, charges fees by fraud when no procedures were performed. His nurse was a disgusting human being. Avoid this place, go anywhere else.

I am very pleased to have become a patient of Dr. Bartolome. Both Dr. Bartolome and nursing staff were very welcoming, professional and yet friendly as well as efficient. Dr. Bartolome listened to my concerns and addressed each one plus made observations of his own. I believe that we are off to a good start! First impressions do make a difference! Unfriendly "staff' of foregn women whognore ones presence! He is worse its "how fast may i get out of here & how much $ money will i get, 2 minutes and gone! Your Medicare he Hits with Giant dubious charges endlessly with no explanations; $900, $600, $550.00 He obviously respects No rules! RUN from this place.

Everytime I visit this doctor I have to wait at least an hour after my appointment time to get in. So this last appointment I made for the very first appointment of the day. Hoping to see him at my appointment time. After waiting by myself in the doctors office for 15 minutes past my appointment time I asked if the doctor was there yet. They said yes and they called me back to sit in one of the rooms. I sat in the rooms for another 15 minutes before walking out to the nurses station and asking for the doctor. They said he would be in shortly. He came in another 5 minutes later. I informed him I made the first appointment of the day to get in on time and he was still late. He said "anyways...." and ignored the fact he was late again with no excuse. Their are signs through out his office if a patience shows up 15 minutes late they will be rescheduled and a sign that says the doctors are very busy if you need a work notice let them know during your visit. He makes it very known… his time is valuable. Apparently my time is not valauble to him.
