Two and a half years after my knee replacement and I would STILL highly recommend him. He and his PA-C Jae Green are a great team and helped me to walk again without pain.

I had a surgery on my knee by another surgeon. The pain in my knee after that surgery was intolerable. A friend of my daughters had a surgery preformed by Dr. Roehr and she very pleased with him and his staff. The outcome of surgery was more than a success. I made an appointment and scheduled a surgery for a total knee replacement. Dr. Roger has a great bedside manner and listened to all my concerns. The surgery for me was another great success. I wouldn't hesitate one minute to schedule another surgery with him if one was needed.

My clinical situation was a complicated one that required urgency, a total hip reconstruction from suspected rheumatoid arthritis. Once Dr Roehr diagnosed it, he moved me ahead in his surgery schedule, gathering an operating room team which included an orthopedic surgeon colleague and an orthopedic resident. At my two week post-op check up, the x-rays look good. I can start putting weight on my leg. The pain is gone.

I have sickle cell disease, which caused the ball at the top of my femur to erode. Rather than doing the standard hip replacement, Dr. Roehr drilled several holes into the top of the femur, anticipating that when the bone repaired the holes, it would also regrow the ball. The surgery worked perfectly. I am grateful that Dr. Roehr had the knowledge to recommend this alternative to a hip replacement, and the expertise to perform the procedure successfully. It was a pleasant experience from start to finish.
