Dr. Bernard Patrick Sweeney, MD

You never see the dr. You only see nurses that make light of your alimates. Personal information is not kept confidential. They could care less whether they see you or not on a regular basis, for example every 6 months or yearly.

I love Dr. Sweeney! I am so glad he's the primary for me and my husband. He has the best bedside manner, and seems genuinely concerned about his patients. He is the only person who ever complimented me on the job I'm doing caring for my ill husband, and that meant so much to me.

I have only seen the Nurse Practioner and have to agree. I have been rushed through the visit and have to keep calling there because they forget to call my prescription in or send my paperwork to the lab! So far Iam not impressed!

Dr. Sweeney is an excellent doctor; however it is very hard to see him because he is not there, so often you are stuck with the PA. She is nice, but often preoccupied with perhaps personal problems, (overwhelmed). Too often the PA will rush you through your appointment and not spending enough time or listen to her patients problems. She has missed diagnosed severe problems causing her patients to later get treated by an emergency department at a hospital that will cost you time, money, and the well being of the patient, maybe your life. I would recommend Dr. Sweeney, but cannot honestly recommend his practice because of the incompetence of the PA.
