I had a very pleasant experience. All of the staff were friendly and professional. Dr. Ordonez's medical team were courteous and were able to answer all of my questions. Dr. Ordonez was very familiar with my medical record, and he was able to explain the nature of my condition and how surgery would be beneficial for me at this point. He has a pleasant bedside manner, and I do appreciate this.

Dr. Ordonoz preformed neck surgery on 06/07/2024. From my view point I feel he surgery was a success. However after the surgery I never saw Dr Ordonoz. The first two post op visits were with a PA. The third visit was for a 30 minute consultation with Dr Ordonoz. I never saw him. When I repeatedly questioned the PA I was told that maybe Dr Ordonoz could stick his head in the door and say hi. This was on 08/29/2024.
